Made a reservation 5 days in advance. Kept getting calls saying that they had switched the trailer size (to one that wouldn't work) and then told us they didn't have the one I reserved online. Then they said never mind, they had it and then called an hour later saying the trailer was "down for maintenance".

Never had this bad of an experience at a u-haul, not going to be coming back.

They have the best customer service.  They really go above and beyond for their customers.  I will highly recommend this place.

By far the best experience with Uhaul!  Chris was extremely positive, professional, provided exceptional and speedy service.  Super helpful resolving a minor error from pickup site.  Will be utilizing this provider for future rentals and highly recommend!

Honestly waiting for over 40 minutes for propane since 1 guy can do it an he is installing a hitch.  Now the line is up to 3 people waiting for propane.  Don't recommend unless you have an afternoon to kill.  

Was one star but after how Chris took care of me, I will come back everytime

The Pyrites U-haul is always on point. Chris keeps this place running smooth at all times. I love renting trucks here.
