Worst experience ever... never again will I recommend Trailhead to anyone. My husband and I have been loyal to them and have yet to recieve any kind of great service from them. Only time they help is when it's to benefit them and them only.

My fiancee & opened an account together today and the experience could not have been better! The young girl who helped us was so polite, answered questions and made both of us feel extremely welcome! We will take advantage of the business account options soon and we are happy we chose this credit union!

Trailhead Credit Union saved my life! Xan and Stephanie have been so helpful for my roommates and I since we transferred from Idaho. 10/10 recommend!

These guys are pretty good but this branch has been closed for most of a year and their ATM was recently out of order for 3 days in a row.  I know because my account balance got low and I needed to deposit funds and couldn't.

Terrible customer service

Maybe you should put that you’re temporarily closed..

Best interest rates in the country  !! Too bad only for Multnomah county, as we spend lots of time in oregon...mostly on the coast.
