The staff here are very polite. I walked in with one simple question and a kind lady greeted me and answered it for me. Plus, they're following all the COVID safety protocols.

Terrible branch. Cashier was not helpful at all. I recommend taking your business to a credit union or chase, down the street.

Compare with other BOfa the customers service. Really poor.

ATM didn't let me pick the right amount AND ate my card AND didn't give me my money. Tomorrow I'm switching to a credit union. Fuk BofA, they've become obsolete in the age of credit unions and they keep closing branches. They have ZERO locations on the Oregon coast.

Was helped by a very engaging and polite asian woman. All my needs were met in a timely manner and with professional courtesy. Sometimes there's a line, but the area can get crowded. Open on Saturday? Winning!
