I went to KeyBank to open a checking account. I didn't have to wait in line as I was greeted and sat down with a personal banker immediately. I was there for 1.5 hours! Gordon Gay is very nice, but it should not take damn near that long to open one simple checking account!
Knowledgeable and helpful staff from tellers to bankers I've been nothing but happy with the service provided. It feels good to bank regionally and to not be nickel and dimed for every single thing. Happy I made the switch.

This place needs two tellers on Saturday.
Worst Bank experience I have ever had. I have had nothing but problems with this bank since I started with them, and the staff are very rude. I will be taking my business else where ASAP.
I have been trying to close a pair of business accounts with Key Bank for more than a year. They keep letting charges appear and then charge me late fees. This is ridiculous!
