The managers and personal bankers are always helpful and have resolved two problems for me. The latest one was fixed via email. Tellers could use a little more sensitivity training. Thank goodness for good managers.

Bank staff has always been attentive to my needs and concerns, very friendly and kind. Top notch
With how Chase handled the small business loans and focused on their profits rather than mom and pop shops I will be closing my accounts and moving to a credit union. Not the first time their ethics have been in question so no big surprise but this one is pretty bad and shows how little they care about smaller companies.
