Chase Bank

Tried to use the ATM outside to deposit cash. It was out of order. Went inside and was greeted by a man that said rudely “you know there is an ATM outside you could use instead.” Wow! Glad to hear you want a computer to officially take over your job.

The customer service here is world class and special. It’s because of the exceptional service modeled by their branch manager, Melissa, that I am a loyal customer of Chase. Thanks Chase Glisan branch for being so awesome and making every trip to my local branch pleasant. Keep up the great work!

I've always had really positive experiences with the staff at this Chase location. It's one of the reasons that I've kept my account with Chase despite not being a fan of the company. I really appreciate the people that I bank with and have always had good service. Chase is lucky that they have such good employees.

Worst customer service of all time. Julio Segovia. Attitude from the beginning. Was trying to make a compliment to a recent transaction. He got really defensive. Jerk.
