This bank has provided the worst service level of any bank I have ever frequented. Typically only have one teller, waits of 15-30 minutes, they never answer their phone, and last week when I arrived they asked me to come back in 45 minutes because the lone teller was on lunch. I have a business account with them and need services that I am not able to complete via app, atm, or online services.
Went into the branch as I was advised by the Bank of America help line told me to do and the person tried to help me, but couldn’t and said they would get me a manager, but she had to go into a meeting and I still haven’t called me back. I tried to call today, but couldn’t get through.
Complete joke. 3 employees including a manager tried to set up autopay for my bank account. They all failed and told me they’d call to follow up. No call and no solution over a month later. Total incompetence and unprofessional. Edit: the response from the store’s management indicates they still don’t understand their continued failure. Providing instructions is cute, but when I was on-site no one could understand why the instructions weren’t working.
Went to this Branch and said Closed do to Circumstances beyond their Control yesterday on 3-22-2022. Went to NE Broadway Branch and they said only 2 Workers showed up at Hollywood so they Closed. What kind of Management is this for a Bank the size of BofA totally unacceptable.
Wait time was minimal, although I was told to schedule an appointment via the online app rather than an associate simply scheduling for me I was in the branch. Staff was friendly and nice. But when I called the branch later in the day, very difficult to get through the IVR system and once you do get to the branch no one answers. After reviewing business banking fees, decided to go elsewhere.
This is absolutely the worst customer service branch in the Bank of America franchise. Embarrassment to banking! Michael is not only incompetent he’s also rude. Don’t waste your time and day at this poorly ran branch! Look at its review status 2.6 out of five, I think that says is better than I can. I had to leave without being helped! I’ll never return to this branch. Do yourself a favor, drive down to the branch on 12th and Broadway. They helped me with a friendly smile, without all the aggravation and in a Fraction of the Time. A better banking experience by far!
5/15/2018 - The staffing problem is getting better. The wait line has been out of control here the last few years as this Bank of America location is usually under staffed. But lately, I've noticed a difference the past few weeks, no lines! which has been awesome. The last four times I've been in during the afternoon there has been no wait.
I normally do not write bad reviews but I have never received such bad service at a Bank of America before. Very disappointing. Services is very slow and the employees are very rude and unhelpful. They are also not taking social distancing serious.
Was coming here for a while to get quarters due to the coin shortage. Every time I go in it gets more uncomfortable since they now require you have a debit account? I have several credit cards through them, but I guess that isn't enough to get quarters.....gonna try Chase now. Take your business elsewhere.
Michael Fraction is always a pleasure to see. He always has a warm and welcoming smile. I have gone to him for years and he has literally always given professional and efficient service. Thanks Michael!
