I came to Virginia Beach to enjoy the ocean. Just as I got here my wheel bearing started to go out. The manager got me in right away when I brought it in. Very professional..very polite..mechanic professional job. Thank you to Mr. Tire and associates.

This is the second post I’m making about how awesome these guys are. Once again, the customer service is amazing. They know who I am and they’re keeping my car going. They stand by their work. I thought my fuel pump was shot. They topped it off and replaced a tube for free. Wow! 5 stars!!!! I’m getting a new used car soon and I will definitely bring it to them for 100% of my work. I’m probably going to stop by with some coffee a donuts for them as well.

Came in for a wheel alignment mechanic took my keys with him to lunch. Bought 4 brand new tire mechanic didn't tighten jam nut causing tire to wear on out side and all the wanted to do is refund my alignment been calling,texting and email for months no response been take all my vehicles here for years sad.

I had no issues about my visit. As a matter of fact, everything about my visit was 'excellent'! I am highly satisfied with the service I received and you can guarantee I will be back for future service visits! Recently moved back from NC and needed tires,oil,inspection,etc on both of my vehicles. One of my vehicles had a bad transmission mount that I knew about for monthsmaybe a year since I've been lazy/byst to fix it. These guys found this issue, reminded me of it, along with a CV boot getting worn out, and my whole car doesn't shake anymore when shifting between P and drive. Daily car runs smoother and great again and it's a 99 camry. They got both my vehicles in and out in a day, lucky day. Great quick work done by these folks and will be coming back again. My family used this place back in the day too when they were called Treadquarters and the mechanics were great then as well.

When to 2 stores, the could not help get me the tires I need. Ret did it in a heart beat. Kudos to Ret.
