We have been going to Tribeca Pediatrics for the last 10 years and we really like their practice! There is no wait time so you are in and out in few minutes. The doctors and nurses are very communicative and listen patiently and give adequate time to the parents and children.
Seek an office with minimal layers between you and the doctor. This practice uses a call center to route all questions. Also, some reps at the call center do not have command of the English language so communication is another barrier. I am leaving one star for the excellent pediatrician no longer at the practice and the front desk that is friendly.
Doctor seemed fine so far, but they are super hard to reach. The call center blocks me from getting through with my issues. Please switch to a dedicated person inside the practice. PS: the fish tank is gone :
I was bit nervous about visiting US pediatrics as we are not native English speaker and sometimes hard to understand medical words, but doctor and nurse both were extremely nice and that even provided us interpreter when that explain what they do. So no worries about language. Im
Everyone in the Upper East Side office is extremely kind and caring. They ensure your child feels comfortable and understands different parts of the check-up, even when getting shots!
We have been using the same Pediatrician for over 13 years, till she retired. The team at Tribeca were very nice, and made my daughter feel as comfortable as possible.
We recently changed our pediatrician from One Medical to this office. We really like it! It’s very kids friendly and also Dr. Modi was nice and friendly to our baby girl. I love that they have an online portal so you can update and make appointments easily!
I have been taking my kids to Tribeca pediatrics since they were babies, so for about 10 years wow!. We like Dr Modi, she is understanding and I like that she doesn't prescribe antibiotics for every little cold. We moved to Long Island but we stayed with Tribeca.
People are nice there, but they are very slow. When you ask them questions, they said they will call you back in 1 hr, but never happen. And also, they are so careless, one of the doctors calculated my baby's weight wrong, my baby is 20lb, I don't know why but she thought it was 20kg, so she suggested that my baby should take 7 ml Tylenoltynoel, which is a double dose he should take!!! Thank god we noticed at that moment.
My daughter’s place for health and wellness for a little over 5 years, and I wish we had found Dr Modi sooner because she is amazing! From the Staff, to people who answer the phones, to the lollipops at the front desk - perfection!
