Trifecta Apartments

The residents don't care about this place, and the staff don't care about the residents. They appear nice and bubbly until after you sign your lease. The WiFi is too slow to stream anything and doesn't work half of the time.

These apartments are at a good price and of great quality. The amenities are really nice pool, gym, yoga studio, study rooms and the staff is very helpful. There is also a dog park and a really nice parking garage.

The staff here is incredibly helpful and responsive. I have lived at several apartments near campus, and this is the best one. The common areas and hallways are kept clean, and having trash chutes on each floor is super helpful! Only downside is the sometimes slow wifi and lack of garbage disposal.

That is a Rip off, changed the name of the complex and paid incentive gift card to their tenants to leave a fake positive review. So dirty and smells bad. Rodents are around.

The trifecta has been such an amazing place to live. The staff is always so welcoming and willing to help! The apartments are such great quality for their price! Will definitely be renewing here again!

Trifecta apartments has been a new and great experience for me for my first apartment! I love the events they supply, and the activities I am able to do here! Highly recommend!

I see several negative reviews on here, but honestly living at Trifecta has been a good experience. The staff are helpful and respond to maintenance requests fairly quickly. I starting living here in July and so far have no complaints.

It is a really nice place, and its really close to campus which helps out a lot. The staff members are always nice as well. I'd have to say the only bad this is the trash after the maintenance people leave, there will be garbage bags on the ground pilled up. But other than that this place is absolutely perfect

The apartments itself are very nice as well as the security gates being a wonderful bonus. Fernando from Maintenance is always very helpful and kind!
