Thank you Trim Time for always taking such great care when grooming our girl Piper!! Unfortunately we are out of town and needed to get her in for a grooming. Piper received an awful buzz cut at a groomer we thought would be capable, not the way you care for her coat!! Trim Time always knows exactly how to care for Piper and she comes home beautiful and happy after every appointment. If you're looking for a groomer with great knowledge and will care for your fur baby, look no further! Trim Time is amazing! Thank you! Hope did an excellent job on our male Samoyed. This is the first time I’ve had a groomer know how to handle my dogs difficult coat and make him look so good!! I will be definitely taking him here on a regular basis. I’m definitely a happy customer!

I called them as a new customer to obtain services for my three German shepherd dogs for grooming ,hair wash, haircut, nail trim and training . I was told they , are not taking any new customers , and I don’t know how to feel about that. I’ve really felt a certain type of way when I was on the phone with Trim Time . I was not referred to any other groomers / Or given a later date when services could be obtained.. inflation is high as hell, You’re advertising your services are open and available . Are you really telling me you’re not taking any customers for any of these services . I don’t know if I’ve been racially discriminated against or not!!! But if so you don’t have to take my business I can give a care less and I can continue to groom my own pets and take my business elsewhere!!!!!

Dropping your furry family member at a place to stay while you are on vacation is always a tough situation. Bribe friends and family to do it maybe? HECK NO! Trim Time is the best! Our dog, Freya, has a lot of energy and certainly takes advantage of the play time with other dogs. Definitely better than getting a friend to do it. Trim Time is a life saver.

I love Trim Time. Last week my dog Brie had a meltdown -- as she loses her sight and hearing this is not an unusual thing. Her groomer was so worried about Brie, she tried to reach me for an earlier pickup. They care and I am grateful for their care and concern.

As always, wonderful job on Isabeau! She was getting compliments on her haircut everywhere we stopped; told them it was TrimTime, and everyone who knew the place said "Yep, they're great!" Before and after pictures from 26 March 2022.

Did a walk in visit for a nail trim and paid $12. Super quick and easy when normally my dog is a pain about it. I had my vet email Vax records over ahead of time. Wouldve been a great experience but apparently I was a huge inconvenience to Tina at the front desk. She insisted that I should've called ahead to set up my account and verify that my vet records were on file even though it took her all of 2 minutes to put it in.

They gave my 11 year old dog a cut and had seen him many times before and never had issues. This time around they claimed he was too unruly, that we needed to drug him so he was sedate next time and gave him an inch long cut in his neck. Will not return.

Trim Time does an awesome job hosting our rabbit, Benny, when we go out of town for vacation. He gets his own vacation.

We have only utilized their boarding services and have had great experiences. The facility is pretty clean and the front desk people are great. This is our first time needing to board our dogs and needless to say I was very nervous. Our dogs are our kids! I love that when we pick them up they are calm and have seemingly “forgotten” about us, that lets me know that they enjoyed their stay. Also, they were very accommodating when our flight was delayed and we were unable to pick them up on time. Thanks!
