Tru-Lite Gas Products

I shopped around a lot before I decided on Tru-Lite. They had the type of logs that I wanted, and took care of the installation. I love the new logs! I went from a gas wood-burning fireplace that made my house smell like smoke just about every time I burned anything, to a simple, press of the button, beautiful gas log fireplace! No mess, no smoke smell, just the beauty of the fire! Love it!

Tru-Lite Gas provided excellent, professional service! My gas fireplace needed cleaning and the pilot light was out. The gentleman who came not only got it working, but it looks almost like new.

This was my first time coming here. I came in looking for a high heat paint to repaint the inside of my fireplace. They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, but they were so nice and had such a cool shop, they will be my starting place next time I need something gas/grill/fireplace related.

It was hard to find a GMG grill in Southeast TX. Ever vendor I looked at either didn’t have a website up to date on merchandise or no longer carried the brand. I finally checked Tru-lite website and noticed that they did carry the brand and it could be purchased online. Yay!! Like any online customer I did some company research the reviews were not all doom and gloom. Decided to take a chance I used their price submission which is super cool. Chris reached out and wanted to honor the price but notified me why. Can truly appreciate good customer service. The interior is set up nicely for someone looking for design assistance with their outdoor spaces. They seem to move a lot of grills in and out the store. Their online deals don’t match in store pricing. Like I paid more for the cover for the grill in store them they offered it for online. Take a chance and visit the store truly great people working there if you willing to work with them.

Edit: After a bit of delay Chris reached out and made things right as rain. Guys installing were professional and got the job done. Absolutely recommend them. Fireplace looks beautiful. Experience started out great. No up-selling, very upfront about cost benefit. And the install price was very reasonable. Unfortunately after confirming our order we have not received any clear update from Chris. He will occasionally reply to an email without actually confirming anything. but its been going on two weeks now and emails and phone calls have been ignored. Its been about 2 months since we confirmed the order and nothing.

I’m very pleased with the service I received from Tru-Lite. Chris took the time to answer all our questions and Ashley was helpful in communication & with the quotes. I did shop around to compare prices and found 1 place that was about $30 cheaper. But they did not give us the attention or information like here. So we were more than happy to pay the extra money. Also I’m actually happy that they weren’t pushy sales people. They got me the info I requested and patiently waiting with a follow up every so often. Once we finally made the purchase they called within a few days and were able to get it on the schedule within the week to install. The installer was just as professional.

We ordered a fireplace from tru-lite and we love the fireplace. Chris's knowledge was excellent and the order process went off without a hitch. We are preparing to install our fireplace and will update with how that process goes and how the fireplace looks and performs shortly

Shopping experience was awesome. Chris and staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about today’s grilling and BBQ products. Will definitely be back for all my lump charcoal and accessory needs! 5*

These guys know their stuff, they are local, priced fair and carry some of the best products on the market. Give them a try, Chris and Ashley were able to answer every question I had without hesitation.

Called in and talked to very nice lady who placed me on service list and gave me some great info on my gas fireplace.
