TSQ Brasserie

I got some food TO GO and the bartender added 20% gratuity for just putting my order in, that is illegal!!!!. I waited for more than 30 min for my food to be ready. I had to go to work and come back to pick it up. When I got it the rice was dry, the chicken had no sauce and it was swimming in oil and the moi moi was dry like they warm it up in the microwave. Very bad experience. Very bad customer service. This is how you lose clients I personally won’t come back.

The food is ok, the environment is fine. But the service is not really good the waiter is lazy and that not the service I expect for the high price.

This place is extremely overpriced for the quality of food. The half roasted chicken came with vegetables and steak fries. The pasta with vodka wasn't too bad. Had a good flavor. Bucatini was our third plate that we ordered. It had plenty of chicken. It had a good flavor also. The tea had a funny taste.

Food was great and even though they had one waiter they brought food very quickly and very kind. Thank you

**WARNING** Service was absolutely the worst experience we've had in Manhattan. Due to the poor service, they automatically add in a 15% gratuity. Food was either overcooked or undercooked. Picture of overcooked bacon in a stuck-together heap.

Best Pizza.... Awesome crust!

Decent prices and good food. We liked it. Service was quick and responsive.

NEW YORK'S WORST AMBASSADOR!!! Having walked into this venue for a take out style breakfast sandwich, I was THE ONLY PERSON IN WAITING. In walks another customer, this TERRIBLE NEW YORK business IGNORED ME and served the other. Then responded after my EXTREME LOUD "HELLO" with "I don't know who was here first" I walked out after leaving a few verbal notes. I GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE NOT GIVING THEM ONE WOULD NOT ALLOW THE REVIEW TO BE POSTED. IN REALITY THEY SHOULD GET A MINUS 10

Nothing special. Not well maintained. Outdated. Food was ok, a bit pricey but that's Time Square.

We had a great breakfast with larger portions than we could finish. My omelet was great, and my daughter's pancakes were good too. We also ordered bacon as a side and received plate with enough to share. Not cheap, but a good value. You get what you pay for.
