Beautiful hike. Terrain is a little rough which I like. Trail follows a steam and there are some fantastic waterfalls near the end of the loop. Best trail to go on is the blue one if you like waterfalls. In the spring time it's a little muddy and at one point you may get your feet wet depending on how good you are at parlour.

This was a beautiful place and we enjoyed the loop hike. However, it's important to note that the blue trail seemed to dead end across the creek from the road and parking lot, and the only way to get there was to backtrack and cross the creek by wading or on a fallen tree. Hike was still great. Would recommend for kids age 7 and up. Lots of rocky parts particularly on the blue trail, but great scenery.

Well worth your time, one of the neatest places in the county. People need to quit throwing their trash around, if you bring it, take it with you when you leave. Pure Laziness. Only a Straight up scumbag would trash up a place so nice to look at. The caves across the road are pretty cool as well, on the hill in front of the parking area. They’re sort of small and do not go anywhere, called “shelter caves” they were dug out of the rock more than likely by the natives that inhabited the area.

Wonderful hikes close by the Susquehannock River. Some of the ravines that have ancient stream beds that date Ordovician Cambrian , Paleozoic Era. Predates Dinosaurs by 200 million years, don't expect to find a dinosaur fossil. Hunt for Trilobites. Ferns and plant fossils.
