I called to have them replace a broken recycling bin from our complex. There are two units, so there are two sets of bins. I thought it would be self-explanatory as to which one they should replace, being that one was missing the top, and the other one was in perfectly good repair. 
They replaced the good one, and left the broken one.
I'm wondering...besides having a pulse and being able to pass a background check, what criteria is necessary to get a job with Tucson Environmental Services? I'm thinking that maybe they need to start giving a basic intelligence assessment to new hires.

They cut down many larg trees in our alley the killed the trees and the birds that lived on them
