Tuesday Morning

Ended up waiting for 15 minutes in a line of three and someone still went to go search for someone to start checking us out. Not a single apology for having to wait so long...When it was my turn the clerk had a lot of heavy sighs when ringing up my items...This is the third time in a couple months I have been here and there is no one to ring you up in sight and end up having to search someone down or waiting. Then to have them be rude on top of it? Pretty bad service if they want repeat business.

Nothing in there but home Decore was very disappointed. Are used to go to a Tuesday morning in the villages Central Florida. Now they had a lot of stuff there!

Despite having a wonderful selection of home goods and furnishing all at "almost-as-good-prices-as-Marshalls/TJMaxx," the employees at the store in Saint Cloud, MN definitely lack a sense of positivity and good customer service. I asked a simple question and was met with a very "why are you even talking to me"/"I really don't want to be here" tone and that is something I find to be completely innapropriate in the retail/customer service career. As a cashier at a store that gets copious amounts of moody old ladies and middle age suburban soccer-moms, I know I have to maintain a positive and calm tone when explaining certain things or answering questions they have. This store needs to reevaluate what customer service means. I, unfortunately will not be shopping there any longer until their customer service gets an upgrade.
