I've read some of Tuffy Bears reviews after we bought our dining set. And I would give them a very good review. My husband and I live on Cape Cod. We drove up to Tuffy Bears to look at a pacific piece of furniture they had on the computer. Ended up buying something totally different. They couldn't have been any nicer. They kept our dining set for two weeks in their warehouse till we could come back and pick it up. And they said no rush. The best service we have had from anyone in a long time. Thank YouTuffy Bears!

The salesman were excellent. My wife and I never felt pressured to buy and they answered every question with a smile. Will definitely buy from there again.

I feel the $99 delivery charge to Brewer (about 6 miles) to be a bit excessive. There are at least two local furniture stores that have no delivery charge. Wish I had shopped them first. ☹️
