The mechanics are very courteous and makes a point to explain the problem(s) with your car; they accurately diagnose the problem(s) at first point. No need to keep going back for the same problem, They fix it right the first time! Tuffy also do a safety check upon arrival. All of this is pointed out while your car is lifted, so you not only get a glance at what is the problem, why, and what it takes to fix it. And BEST OF ALL, THEY BEAT ANY PRICE! Truly wonderful bunch of guys

My clutch went out in Columbia, SC on Saturday (St. Patrick's Day) while I was moving from Florida to Virginia for the Navy. Nobody in the entire city of Columbia could fit me in that day or Sunday, so I called these guys, and they said they could get the parts and finish the entire clutch assembly that day. I was towed out there, arrived after their closing time, and they stayed late and worked on my truck for four hours (for an average 5.8 hour job) to get me back on the road ASAP. Thanks to these guys I got to Virginia Saturday night instead of late Monday. Thanks again for the awesome service.

I’m sure their mechanics are capable and efficient, but the front service clerk is rude. He was rude to me, and I observed him being rude to other customers as well. After 5+ years of advertising a $20 oil change, this location no longer offers conventional motor oil. The clerk claimed that “no one” will change oil for you using conventional — only synthetic. This is completely untrue. Their cheapest oil change is now $65 since it’s synthetic. I left and went across the street to Goodyear, whose customer service was exceptional.

Very disappointed customer. I always brought my Subaru here for synthetic oil changes, usually around $60 plus tax. Today I was surprised with new pricing options ranging from $95-$115 for the same service. It's unfortunate that you raise prices so substantially since my last oil change 6 moths ago. I understand price increases being a part of business, but 50% for the same service is absurd. I will take my business elsewhere.
