My knowledge of automotive technology tapers off in the early 1960's, and I have more than once had my ignorance taken advantage of. When I dropped off my elderly Tahoe I fully expected to pay for replacing everything to do with the brakes. When I picked it up, they had determined only the rear breaks needed repair and the bill was 1/2 what I expected. That sort of thing doesn't happen every day.

Not only did they give me a ride home so I didn't have to spend the day waiting for my car to get fixed, they also found out what was wrong with my car (a loose coolant fan relay) and didn't charge me for correcting the issue. This has been the first really positive experience I've had at a car shop. Every time I've taken my car into other car places they "discover" an additional issue that needs to be fixed and I end up questioning if there was really that issue or if I'm being taken advantage of. Good honest genuinely nice people here. I will recommend Suddeth Automotive Services to all my friends.

The team at Suddeth was awesome! When I dropped my car off they had someone drive me home so I didn't have to find a ride. My car was ready in less than 24 hours and they even cleaned the inside and outside of my car as a courtesy! Highly recommend them!

Iv taken 2 different cars there with different problems, both times they have taken them in very quickly and diagnosed the problems and had them fixed the same day. I will definitely be taking my cars here in the future.
