I highly recommend this shop!! My vehicle began having trouble during my move from NC to Florida. I was passing through Florence, SC when I had to get my van serviced for an unknown problem. Darrell and this crew really looked out for me. Darrell spent a whole day and half the next day troubleshooting my issues. He was thorough and very knowledgeable. He got me rolling again and made sure I made it to my destination. Thank you for being upstanding gentlemen.

Had a free brake inspection done. Turns out sand was on my brake pads. They were very honest. Will be going back when needed.

Had a issue with my tires vibrating after a rotating and balance and alignment.They explain why and made the issue right.

Went in to have a tpms monitor installed in one of my tires. I provided my own sensor kit. After waiting for over 3 hours they inform me that they broke the sensor while trying to install it and claimed it was a difficult job to do???? Yes a tpms was difficult for them. The manger offered a new sensor but unfortunately could not install it due to them not having the time and to come back another day. The manager also didn't seem to know if his crew rotated my tires as I requested and seemed to think that not charging me made it ok that they waisted my morning broke my sensor and provide terrible customer service. Won't go back to this Blacks again.
