I had truck issues on my way to Florida and they were able to get me towed and serviced. Also, they were very professional and pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend.

This place is unbelievably awesome. I got stuck on the highway with bad tires. After having the valves ruined over to Walmart ... I limped over to blacks fully expecting to be taken advantage of. they end up telling me a set of new tires would be about $600. The bill came in at 575. These are good honest people. Drove from Jacksonville, FL to South Of The Border to drop my daughters off. My car was shaky as hell and I didn't want to try to drive back to Jacksonville that way. Found this little gem in my maps on my iPhone. Met Alan (front desk) upon walking in. Amazing guy. Asked him how much a balance and rotation would be. They got my car on the rack, and noticed wear and warping on my back tires. Alan took me right out so I could see personally what was causing my issue. Hooked me up with 2 new tires. Now, all of this seems pretty basic. Like anything any other shop could or would do. Here is what separates this company. In all my years of dealing with mechanics/auto shops, I've never seen any that were as dedicated to getting me done and gone as I was. Tony (mechanic) and Alan were the epitome of professionalism. As a matter of fact, each mechanic that came into the lobby area (sorry, don't know all the names) were amazingly nice, courteous, professional, and personable. As a guy that deals with the hiring and firing of people daily, I can say without a doubt that the owner should be very proud and should consider himself lucky to have such an amazing team in his employ.

Very impressed with the service. My mother and I were traveling to Florida from Pennsylvania and our car took a dump. We thought it was going to be a simple oil change; however, the engine blew. Allen was very helpful in getting the vehicle to another facility that could help us with the engine. He was also very attentive in updating us during the repair process.
