I went in last Saturday to get my brakes and alignment checked. I called the day before, and was pleasantly surprised to get a morning appointment. I was worried a Saturday appointment might take all day, but they had me done in around 2 hours. Katie and T. were great. Everything was explained to me, they kept me updated throughout, and checked to see if I had questions. The cost was reasonable and I can tell a big difference in how the car drives now.

Quick service price was a question at first but cleared up after discussed with service manager. Was happy with how fast I got in when no other repair center could help. Will try out the oil change service.

I dropped my truck off at 8:15 am for an oil change and tire rotation. Told them specifically I had a 11:00 appointment, was told no problem. I received a phone call at 9:30 to come pick it up they were done. Got there at about 10:00, first thing I looked at was the tires of course they weren't rotated. I didn't have the time to wait for this service since that's one of the reasons I dropped it off. Also a $49 oil change ended up being $73 ( without the full service being preformed) ? TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Car was overheating losing coolant, ac wasn't working. I wanted and engine diagnostic and the free ac check. Well I got the phone call and the tech told me the visual of the ac system didn't give him any indication of the problem, and its $60 for a ac system check (mIdas is $30) so I declined. The running hot issue which required a pressure check didn't tell them where the leak was coming from and they suggested my heads was cracked and to get a new engine. They charged me $99 and so for a second opinon i took it to Mdias. Well a pressure test at midas was $30 and they found the problem immediately (my timing cover gaskets) so I call Pep boys like 'Hey i paid yall for nothing" come to find out I was overcharged for a engine check when I shouldve been charged for a pressure test. Got my money back and will NEVER go back there. GO TO MIDAS!

The wait time is always long. And after my experience with them last year, I will not be taking my car back. It started in October, when they assured me all I needed was new brake pads and rotors all around. They kept my car for maybe a total of 4 days, I remember having a rental for at least part of it not the whole week, as soon as I got the car back and started driving, it overheated and broke down in the middle of the freeway in Columbia. I had to get it towed back to be told that the front brakes need to be replaced and I needed new calipers as well. They fixed it after having my car for 3 days and when I got it back to the hose to my radiator with split and they said that didn't happen while they had my car. But what didn't make sense it that they change the calipers and looked in my car they would have noticed the radiator hose was split because I noticed it from the time I got in the car and started driving. I then had to bring my car back after work after I had already talked to someone about what happened they told me they didn't have any hoses for my car and I had to leave it there again for about 2 days. This was all within a month and I probably spend somewhere around $1,500 if not more because they misdiagnosed the problem. And after I got my car back the first time I told him that there was still some smoking coming from the brakes but they assured me that was the rubber burning off of the new brakes and/or rotors. And after months of my car continuously overheating due to the brake issues, the motors, fans and entire heating system needs to be repaired and replaced.
