Twin Peaks Columbia - The Vista

Lynda made my clients & I experience fantastic! We usually get good food here, but sometimes the servers seem a little “busy” to give good customer service. Lynda stepped it up a big notch and took the time to show what good service and attention really mean! Thanks!

Food was good! Waitress was nice!!! But hostess wasn't at the front when we arrived and waited 10 minutes for her to tell us there was a 30 minute wait.... and oh yeah an off shift employee brought a dog in the building and went to the kitchen door and some of the waitress were eager to pet it. When the complaint was given to the manager about the dog she tried to justify it and didn't see any thing wrong with it. Glad our food was already out before this occurred!!

Amazing food, horrible service. This is my second time visiting this Twin Peaks location in the past two months. The first time, my husband and I sat for over an hour and never heard from our waitress. We asked for help from another waitress who was very sweet and energetic. However, she was leaving and we were then assigned another waitress. After introducing herself and receiving our food, she disappeared for another hour. We had to go seek the manager in order to be helped again. I revisited with some friends again this week and this time, during late lunch (3pm). The restaurant was considerably empty so there should have not been an reason for the service we received. One person's order was wrong three time, one person waited for a drink for over 30 minutes, and another person had their drink slammed down on the table by the waitress as she walked away with an attitude .we were never rude, mean, or upset so we did not understand where the distain came from. Once again, we had to reach out to the manager for assistance. Please remember ladies, you are working in customer service and your interactions with your customers should exemplify this manner.

I've gone twice so my review reflects those two experiences. My first time here was about a year ago and it was great. I was here with my father we both had friendly service, food was great, over all a really good time. However, this was overshadowed by my last visit where service was dreadful. It was a little late but no where near closing and there were only a couple of tables filled. The service started off great but things took a turn immediately when we never received silverware. The service was really slow as well. Considering how few people were there you would expect four orders to come out in no time but we waited for 45 minutes; along with this, we also never received any refills. To put a cherry on top my friend played in cash and wanted his change back but the server wanted to argue and say there wasn't much change left (6 dollars and his meal was about 13). I loved my first visit but I will not be returning after my second.

Food was excellent. Enjoy the Eye candy. What is a Hooters for $1000 Alex???? Amazing staff and beautiful women everywhere!!!
