Local staff is friendly and capable. Got me on my way in a timely manner, and made it easy to move everything by myself. But they didn't have the equipment I reserved and I had to get a smaller truck. Added a stress I didn't need when moving out of state.

These folks were GREAT. Very helpful, and even noticed a situation with MY tow vehicle that could have caused a problem later. I have used U-HAUL many times in the past. This was one of the BEST U-HAUL experiences I have ever had. A big THANK YOU to the staff that helped me on Saturday morning September 16, 2017.
