There were a few Mix-Ups but the team stepped up beyond what was expected actually personally driving to where I was to correct their mistake. You can't ask for better service! Price was excellent and the attention, well making a mistake, was still focused and they never acted as if I was unable to shop properly. They treat women just as well as they treat men which really surprised me because I was an unaccompanied older female. The guys at the desk or attentive, the facility and trucks were clean, that everything ready to roll and I was really impressed! I highly recommend this U-Haul facility.

Audacious employee asked if my credit card worked in a rude fashion.... needless to say I was very appalled about the whole thing and just wanted to finish my business and leave.

They didn't have the size truck we had agreed on. So they gave me a huge truck. Hard to pack well because it was too big. Then, it wouldn't go up the driveway. It got stuck and I had to pay a tow truck to get it unstuck! There is a permanent gouge in the street. We had to unload everything on the street and carry it up the driveway! It was a nightmare and it took forever! I didn't get reimbursed for the tow truck. I did nt get so much as an, "I'm sorry," from anyone with Uhaul. They could not have cared less! I will NEVER use them again. And I tell every one I can about this!
