This review is directed at Cameron Harless. I am the lady the was “rude” to your grandmother and “wife”. This is a bold face lie! And you are the biggest POS that has ever walked the planet. Not only was I not rude, which your own grand mother confirmed, I was more than nice and patient with her and your wife. Your grand mother said I was more than nice and she appreciated my patience. However you screwed your own grand mother over because it was her credit card on the rental. You kept 2 days longer than allowed, didn’t fill the tank back up and trashed the truck. She had to pay for all that!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself. That cost her $300. The only reason I called in the morning was because your wife said she would have it back by 6ish in the evening the night before. SHE DID NOT SCHEDULE A 24 hour rental. I even gave her 2 more hours than requested. You know where to find me you POS!!!!!

0 stars if it was posible!!!! DO NOT USE THIS SUB-COMPANY. DRIVE A MILE DOWN THE ROAD FOR REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A UHAUL WITH MORE VEHICLES + THE RESPECT YOU DESERVE FOR SPENDING MONEY WITH THEM. I rented a truck for 24 hrs. They are calling me 19 hours into my purchase on top of the fact my wife picked the Vehicle up and was treated rudely by the lady there. I brought it to the attention of the gentleman working there and he said he didnt, couldnt, and wouldnt believe that she was rude.

Website said they were open until 6pm sat. I booked auto transport trailer Friday night. Received a call from uhaul confirming I had until 6pm. Drove 4 hours from Charlotte Nc and they were closed when I arrived at 3pm. Called uhaul and they said sometimes these guys close early for no reason. I got a discount but had to drive 10 miles in the opposite direction to get a trailer
