We were returning our rented trailer and arrived at 4:05pm. Their hours of operation are 8am-5pm. They were closed with no notice as to why? I tried calling the after hours number and no one would answer? This is not a way to conduct good business! After several more phone calls we returned our trailer to another Uhaul facility close by. Very frustrating!!
