U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Avoid at all costs! That's meant in a figurative and literal meaning. In October I went online and requested a truck and a dolly when I moved. The day before I received a confirmation call for the truck and dolly, but when I went to pick it up I was informed they hadn't had dolly's in years. The charge for the dolly then had to be taken off as they hadn't noticed it. Isn't the point of confirming the pick-up is to make sure all requested items are there? When the keys were handed over the lady behind the counter stated that our truck was across the street. The truck that we had was dirty, but it was what we were given. The moving commenced and the vehicle never left State Road 15 or 30. When the truck was taken to the drop off, I was charged because the truck as "dirty." It was in the same condition that we received it in, but was still charged for cleaning. Called the U-Haul Dealer on Winona Ave about the incident and they promised to get the transaction refunded and it would be back on my card in a few days. A few weeks passed and they were called again and they couldn't believe that the refund wasn't given and would get it taken care of. They even stated a regional manager was contacted. By the end of December there was still nothing and hasn't to this day. They were even called yesterday and they took my number and would call the 1-800, see what they could do and let me know. Its' been 24 hours and not a word. There's a reason that I told woman that I didn't expect much or anything from them. If they promise anything, get it in writing because their word is as worthwhile as their dirty trucks.

Last visit at laundromat the changer was broken and attendant didn't have quarters
