U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

The staff was very helpful and ended up switching our rental trailer to a smaller one because the one we rented was too big. This all even after getting a trailer rented without reserving it. Thanks guys for making an impromptu trip work. Appreciate it greatly

Let me just say...the lady here is amazing! She has been sooo helpful with everything! She is doing this all on her own. I watched 3 people come into the store and her ask for help from other people behind the counter that just ignored her! She continued to kick ass and get everyone taken care of with absolutely no help! Such a wonderful person and I would definitely come to this store for any U-Haul needs.

Not even worth one star!!! Do not get U-Hauls from here, they with scam you ! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Emily was very unprofessional and did not treat us as customers with any type of respect nor offer any help with resolving an issue on their end. I as a paying customer was told to just “figure it out”. I was beside myself on how this business conducted themselves, And have an open dispute with them right now. Do not give them your business !

This is the place to rent a uhaul in Fort Wayne . The owner of the business is nice and considerate. Her vehicles are really clean and run well.
