Great experience! I reserved a pickup truck less than 24 hours in advance, as well as a dolly, and they had both ready when I showed up the next day. Check in was super quick and easy. Truck was new ~4000 miles, cleaner than you would expect, and all you need to pick up a spur of the moment dryer off of FB marketplace. The man checking me in helpfully recommended that I get an appliance dolly instead of a regular one and boy am I glad he did. My poor dryer would've taken a tumble down the basement stairs had he not have convinced me to get an appliance dolly. Overall, great experience, and super friendly workers!

The gentleman was very rude after I’d just told him I wanted to expect the truck myself before taking responsibility. He stated to me that he’s busy and the truck been expected and I’m the only person who gave him problems today, just because I told him I wanted to expect the truck also! This is a uhaul policy for me to do so, then he stated what if you rented a truck when no one is here, then I’d told him you still expect the truck and send pics to the website before leaving, and he stated to me this how we do business and I told him to keep the truck if you can’t follow uhaul policy! He stated to me I’d wasted his time because he have cars to complete. If I could rate my experience lower I would SMH.

Rented truck for local move. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was thankful they had a truck for a same day rental. Vehicle was clean. Check out their drinks and snacks, great selection.

I made an online reservation for a 20ft truck that was confirmed. A few days before my move, I got a call saying the riverside location would not have that truck, and I would instead have to drive to a different location. When I asked if they could drive the truck there, I was told no. When I asked if they would comp me for the extra miles I would have to drive to pick up from a location farther away, the worker Jaclyn told me of course. and then hung up. When I called the new location to verify they said this wasn't possible and never has been. Shame on this worker to give false promises just to stop a conversation.

first time we called. they asked us to call back. when we showed to get a dolly, the dude was on his cell phone for about 15minutes before he helped us.I would have left if I could have found something closer.

The gentleman working was very rude. Took a very long time to check the truck in. Will not use this location again

Kinda a tough spot to get in and out of, but great service and turnover times.

They are very customer friendly.

Very helpful in processing and helping trailer hookup.
