The manager was extremely patient and helpful as I encountered one delay after another, and because of that, he saved me a 2+ hour round trip and a lot of additional headache. Very nice facility too!

Aaron is amazing, very professional, courteous, he answered all questions, I was able to get a storage unit and do all the paperwork in no time at all. I recommend for sure.

Everyone there has been incredibly helpful and answered any questions I had. I needed a storage unit quickly and I’m very glad I picked this one. Also....they let you use a cargo van to move your stuff if needed. This was a life saver for me. Awesome place if you need to find a self storage place in downtown Columbus.

Clean and well lit. Everything is brand new. They also have a Keurig in the office and you're allowed to make a cup of coffee! That was great, I was driving from Columbus to Cleveland with a load of items and needed that little boost!
