Pam was great! She helped me submit a request to lower my monthly rate on my 10'x10' unit and wanted to keep in touch with me regarding the outcome. I could tell she really cared. Afterwards, she helped me find a 5'x10' unit within my budget and I was able to get everything transferred in less than 2 hours. My experience was all smiles and very relaxed. Also, the bathroom is very clean and well stocked.

Pam did a fantastic job and made the process smooth and easy. Covered all the details to a tee and answered all my questions making me feel comfortable and secure renting here. Also swept out my unit before I moved in. She comes highly recommended.

Amy at the Grove City Public Storage location was fantastic! I had had issues setting up my account online for a different location and she made an appointment to walk us through the process in person. She was incredibly thorough and answered all of our questions. We were excited to have our unit at the end of the appointment and know we can reach out to Amy in the future and she'll provide stellar customer service!

I love Pam, for all of the “normal” reasons regarding customer service but especially for her honesty and candid nature. It’s fun to see how good “customer service” is when people are just being themselves. I’m glad to be sharing the world with people like Pam.
