Just relocated here from Cleveland and had to move out of my place that I was only staying at for 5 days. I was looking for a storage unit can across Cube Smart and meet Tracy. She was one of the most resourceful and a lovely person I’ve meet since I came to Columbus. She also gave me her card to help me find a better area to live at. She is wonderful!!!
Traci is a wonderful person. She runs a very nice storage unit. It's always clean, no bugs. Will definitely be using them again if I need another unit in the future.
I have had my unit for almost 8 years! We loved it. If we need to store anything again we will be returning. Tracey was amazing and very helpful!
Clean facility, secure surveillance, pleasent customer service and easy to follow website. My things have been stored here for almost 7 plus years and I'm very satisfied with their service.

Tracey, the manager at the West Broad Street location, has been AMAZING! She walked through our options, changed our space to a climate controlled unit once she assessed our needs, and provided us with an clean and spacious unit. Tracey was there when we moved items in to ensure things were satisfactory. She’s professional and focused. Thank you!
My reservation was entered wrong by the on-site manager Tracey, so I could not get the discount I was originally awarded. Of course I became a bit heated & upset; however, another manager Darriel Walton did what she could to ensure my happiness! Thanks again for all your help!
It is a place that I loved. The person who helped me is very kind and knows what he is doing in his job on a daily basis.
