U-Haul of Gettysburg

Called in to rent a tow dolly. Was placed on hold for a very long time (over 10 min.) , just to have the boy on the phone hang up on me. I called back, received the same boy - who told me that he needed to put me on hold again for 2 seconds. I was on hold for about a minute and a half, and the same boy (Shane) got back on the line. He was very rude when I asked for the price of a 4 hour rental, telling me it was the same price as the 24 hour rental. I then told him that I was on hold for all of this time to hear that he couldn't help me, he hung up on me! With customer service like this, Uhaul Gettysburg will not get my business in the future.

Great service. Josh answered all questions and was very helpful in pairing us with the right option for our needs. He made sure we were hooked up safely. Will use again!

I tried to get a truck in the area I was moving to so I would not have to pay the extra for mileage. I could only get one at Gettysburg location. I returned it to Taneytown and was charged a wrong destination fee. Received a nasty email from their office when I tried to explain. It is expensive and not friendly. Will use someone else next time.

Bathroom was a mess, paper towels laying on the floor, no towel dispenser and a roll of towels on the handicap rail by the toilet. Staff neglegted to help a line of 5 customers and seemed incompetent of their job..., also Joshua Spry, the employee that "assisted" us(whom i believe to be drunk or hungover) is also a complete moron and should consider a new career choice
