I got appointment at UHaul for towing hitch installation. At UHaul I met Ben he was taking care  for it. I concerned regarding the van condition (one stubborn bolt got nut off the frame and loose and unable to get out) and hoped for normal installation anyway. Ben shot the door of the shop before me and within  few minutes invited me to take a look at his work. He broke the second bolt holding the frame and could see I got an issue for a costly repair. Ben advised me to go to Dodge service center for repair. He explained me he is not a mechanic, he has no mechanic knowledge, only at UHaul store installing hitches.
Would note: none responsibility for such work.. and it was no charge for broken second 10.9 bolt on my van.

Moving between Thanksgiving and Christmas has been extra stressful for me.  Joe at U-Haul made renting a truck so easy,  it was like a weight off my shoulders.  He helped me pick the right truck for my needs and made sure I had everything I need for a smooth move, including boxes, tape and a dolly.  I have to move my stuff again in a month and I'll definitely be coming back.
