Miriam is likely the rudest person I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. Hey Us Bank there are plenty of decent people out there looking for jobs right now. I suggest you go look for someone not only more deserving of the position, but also someone who can perform the job without making one want to find a new bank.
This is the most inconsiderate back I've ever dealt with they have held money that was verified while my kids starved, now they are giving me the run around about a replacement card that is 3 weeks late and won't come for another 3 weeks. This bank is trash.
I thought it was open 9:30 am and til 4 pm shall be open they are lousy service. There the paper says what different story huh
Over an hour waiting in the drive thru line. Staff your bank!!!!
