Won't take cash deposits at both atms. Bank closed except drive thru. No phone number to call branch. Ridiculous. Pathetic. Blame it on a virus.
Atm took a thousand dollars from my account and dispensed nothing. Customer service says it will take 45 days to figure out
Another teller was helping me do a deposit and Hayden comes overs and I felt said some really rude comments. I took my check and left. Have been a US Bank customer for years and I’m definitely second guessing that decision.
What can I say?? I have a great experience with this branch every time.. No matter if it's my personal account or business.. Thanks to everyone and a special thanks to the managers for dealing with me.. LoL.. You ladies and gentlemen rock!! Greatly appreciated..
Horrible customer service at this branch, super disappointed.
Nice branch besides “rodger” the branch manager he seems like he really hates his job.
