The reviews are correct!!! You will wait in line forever!!! I love usbank but this branch does not know how to move in a timely manner. I think they hired a bunch of x employees of the county treasurers office.
Horrible branch. Cannot do a wire transfer because "my manager is going to lunch and it takes about half an hour". I've done numerous wires, shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. Can't withdraw cash because they "don't have that much available".
Can ‘t print a copy of a deposit slip and email it to you! If I went back to get it I would have to wait in line for at least half hour.
Always a windy entrance, but a very helpful staff. My experiences with US Bank have been nothing but positive.
Kind of an odd location but convenient.
Lanesha, and another lady I feel bad for forgetting her name were super polite, professional, and helped explain the details of my account. They understood my frustrations and were able to assist me with every detail. Could not be happier with my experience.
Horrible line, I watched an elderly man stand in the 93 degree heat for 45 minutes. 100% unacceptable. I will not be returning to this branch and after 16 years with an account ive debated switching banks
Super long lines. All the time. ATM is ridiculous to get to. You’ll be waiting at least 30 mins for any transactions
If you want to stay in a line of 6 cars for over 45 mins come here. Awful
