These people royally screwed up me receiving my stimulus check and refund in the time needed by setting up direct deposit into a non existent account. They then took zero responsibility for their error.

Employees not adhering to the mask mandate...so stupid and dangerous and completely unprofessional
I went in to close my account and still had the best customer service. I think every time I've gone to in, Kimlyn has been the person helping me. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It's odd, but I'm going to miss going to this branch!
If I could give no stars for this branch, I would. I keep having issues with paying bills ever since I started banking at this location. Bills declining and monies disappearing not to mention hidden fees..I will be banking from here on out with my credit union.
FOLLOW UP: I was in town and went into the bank and a staff member helped me with my issue and that helped to ease my tensions. I did appreciate that.
