If you get a loan with them expect misleading junk mail titled “Final Notice” with solicitation inside. Totally not cool/confusing for a new home owner who is trying to be on top of payments.

Why do I need to take off work to go to a bank? Good service and nice folks mean nothing of I can never make it there before they close. Please get real hours that serve your customers.
Rude, unhelpful, not going back here again
I've been banking here for a few years- the people are nice and the ambiance is better than at most banks. The ATMs are outdated as of now Dec 2019 and are hard to read and take forever! For that reason you may opt to wait in a line to see a teller versus use the ATM
Love this bank. I've been coming here for years. The tellers are often advanced into other positions in the company and so can rotate through a few tellers, but I always find that I have a relationship with each person and they are wonderful. I'm in once a week.
How are the people that do work normal hours during this crisis supposed to bank with you from 9-4 ?????????????? WTH
