staff was amazing! but if you plan on making the trip quick - you’re in for a very long treat. again, no issues with staff. they were very professional and pleasant people and held up great conversation. i was just upset about the extreme amount of waiting around first thing in the morning.
Came to this location for a follow-up to a DOT physical. Was told one procedure was needed to complete the process. Staff was ignorant of what the Dr. had advised me of only 3 days earlier and told me I must do another complete physical in order to get DOT card. Their ignorance cost me time off work and caused me to be unable to participate in scheduled training. Better communication would be a blessing at this location. A more customer-friendly attitude wouldn’t hurt either.
The staff here have to put up with a lot of stuff from a lot of different people. They somehow continue to keep a smile on their face even on the difficult days. I had to come in twice, and both times I was pleasantly surprised with how friendly everyone was, especially after I saw how they were treated by many different patients. This place is nonstop busy and I know how difficult it can be to deal with busyness along with people being rude and not feeling good. They did a great job. Thank you!
Five stars for the nursing staff but one star for the receptionist. I spoke to two different receptionist because they did not give me a physical which was required from my employment. I was called by the nurses to call them back. I called back twice both times they were not willing to even take my name or look me up in the computer to see why I would have to come back. Luckily I'm a thorough person. I took it upon myself it just go there and show up. Once they looked me over the computer they realize why I had to come back. Had I just not come back I would never gotten a call back from my employer for employment. All because the receptionis was too lazy to look me up in the computer and kept transferring me. If you don't like your job you should just quit. People have important things that need to get done. Your job is simple take phone calls if I was told to call back. And the reception is just ignores it it could have easily ended up bad for the person who's just trying to get a job.
Don't listen to the reviews saying it takes a long time, bc it doesn't. At least it didn't for me. I came here to do a DOT pre employment drug screen urine test and I was in and out in 15 - 20 minutes. It was super easy process. I came at around 10 am on a Thursday and it wasn't real busy. So maybe try to go around that time and you'll be able to just skip right on through like I did. Good luck on your new careers
Came for DOT physical/drug screen. Process was fairly quick and smooth once brought back for the actual procedure, but the wait was EXTREMELY long between check-in and the procedure nearly 2.5 hours. Staffing shortage is understandable to a degree but SOMETHING should be done to prevent such long delays.
Nothing particularly bad about the experience but waiting a hour to be seen. After getting off work I dozed off twice. Even seen a guy come in after me go before me, the staff was cool though.
This place is dirty and out dated. They don’t honor appointment times. I waited for an 1 hr and 15 min after my appointment in a very small dirty waiting room completely full of sick people, chairs are uncomfortable and too close together. Annoying programming on the tv. Staff seems stressed and tired, possibly over worked.
2nd time getting work requirements process completed at this facility. I have been taking care both time by Suad, a young, friendly and professional staff member. Keep up the good work and the positive attitude.
Overall, easy process. Every one was nice. I don’t recommended having the front desk associate wearing a headset. Was confusing who she was talking to.
