Nationwide Children’s - Columbus

It was very fast during a week day! And the nurses, doctors & staff were so nice there! I love this urgent care!

My daughter was seen there, but no diagnosis was made they only prescribed medicine to keep her from throwing up. Now she had 5 surgeries on her gastric that could of been avoided if diagnosis was made sooner. They did not do an ultra sound or an xray to see what was wrong.

Nurse has been very rude to my friend who is a patient here. She is not being treated with respect and she is being treated like she is faking the disease she has just because she functions better than most people with her disease.

This not so urgent care is extremely slow. We’ve been here for over 4 hours. The doctor diagnosed our son and left to get paperwork and prescription so we could leave - 2 hours later they came in with the paperwork for our prescription. Lots of laughing and joking around in the hallway, very unprofessional. Won’t be back

I always love coming here. They do a great job with our 3 kids. The doctors are always so thorough and the nurses are always on there game and so nice to the kids. They always get us right in. I won't go anywhere else. The staff is always so nice to the kids and parents.

Do NOT come here if there is actually something Urgently wrong. The wait time is horrendous. Plan on spending at least 3 hours here. It would be faster to drive to any other Urgent Care in the Columbus area than come to this one.
