I had an incredible experience at the IOP residential program. The staff was not only highly professional but also genuinely caring and supportive. It all depends o. The doctor you get and the counselor you get. I have been going here for years and thankfully I got a caring doctor and counselor even though they keep changing because the doctors keep quitting and they get new ones and they understand that occasionally people slip up. Just make sure if you do you are honest with them. My only issue is, like right now, I can't get a hold of their office. I tried to call and reschedule my apt but can't get my call to go through.

Medsave addiction and recovery program is amazing. I have tried several IOP/sober living programs in the past, and Medsave is by far the best. The staff is awesome and you can tell they genuinely care about the patients, rather than just trying to fill beds as fast as possible. Even the owners are active with each patient and their recovery!!

I have Been coming here for years! I drove all the way from out past Lancaster just to come here! My Regular Dr Simone, who I had been coming to for 9 years just up and quit! I Had no idea. So I got Dr Colucci. He's been good to me! But I Had the awesome luck of having a "Manufacturer Back Order" on my prescription so I called to have it Transferred to a different pharmacy that actually had my prescription. I got to deal with ERICA who gave me the run around but finally sent it in 7 hours later. However it needs a "prior authorization" so I have been calling for 3 days asking for one. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT I HAVE ALSO BEEN OUT OF MY PRESCRIPTION FOR 3 DAYS NOW! But ERICA keeps giving me the run around and saying that she is busy. I get that! But I have called and spoken to her at least 5 times a day for the past 4 days. Then I get told "I am a just a normal person and I forget things, call me back to remind me" so I do! Then I am treated like I am bugging her! Then get told she is doing it right now! That was hours ago and still NO Prior AUTHORIZATION! It takes 5 mins max to get ones whenever someone actually does it! THANKS SO MUCH FOR LEAVING ME WITH OUT MY MEDICATION! SHOWS HOW MUCH YOU ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR PATIENTS! SUPER JOB! I think it's time for a different medical assistant guys! Good thing I am just a pain patient. But after 5 days without medication ANYONE really start to feel HORRIBLE! AND PROBABLY START MAKING BAD DECISION JUST FOR THE PAIN TO STOP!?! I feel so sorry for others who have to deal with this nonsense! They can't keep staff at least the good ones who care! The only people there who actually seem like they care is Anna my regular medical assistant and Valarie my counselor! I wouldn't come here unless you get one of them! Too bad they are only there on Thursday and Friday's! Don't ask ERICA FOR HELP! She will give you the run around and then forget about you! This place is starting to really go further down hill! I would find a different place for help or hope you only need help on Thursday or Friday! I get they are busy and short staffed but come on!

Medsave is a good doctors office for general reasons as well as for addiction treatment. I’ve been a patient for years. The staff is very respectful and helpful beyond what they are required to do and have many times went out of their way to help me with appointments timing, and anything I need in the office while seeing the doctor. They also try to get you in and out the door and on with your day. I recommend this place to anyone who is needing help especially with the addiction treatments these doctors are good if you need help and are committed to helping yourself then give them a call. Lastly. Always friendly never a rude nurse or doctor that I’ve seen.

The staff is very friendly, and I always feel welcomed. My counselor is open an honest and listens to me. My Doctor is also very good. He understands my medical conditions and treats them taking in consideration of works for me from my past treatment. I highly suggest Medsave, the have docs that treat addiction, mental health, and primary care all at one place.

I have been going to MedSave for about a month now and have nothing but positive things to say about the office! It appears they are understaffed right now along with every other medical office and they work hard to make sure you get what you need! Every single member of the team, including Briar, Julianna, Maggie, Dr. Colucci, and Dr. Chijide have been very good and treat you with respect. You get to know these folks due to the nature of the treatment and all of them already feel like family! Thank you all for taking care of me!

This place really does care about all the people they see. This type job is hard to do but the people that work there do care about every one they see. The MA Maggie does a amazing job she works her best at everything she does and cares for everyone. You tried doing this job and I bet you could not do it. So being rude to MA and saying she not professional is wrong try to do what she does. Keep it up Maggie you are doing a amazing job and I know that they clients there really do care for what you do for them. Everyone there is professional and is willing to go above and beyond there for there clients. There will be turnover at any job but this type clients there will be more do to what they do. Keep up Maggie and staff at medsave clinic. Don't let this review drive you crazy this one person option and its wrong from what I see as client they are amazing.

Dr Colucci has asked me more questions then all the doctors that I've seen. He is very through and has done several tests to determine a diagnosis. The office staff are the greatest. I get greater at the entrance as a friend. They really care and try to do everything they can do for you. I come clear from Circleville just to see Dr Colucci. It's worth the trip.
