Great place to guarantee a full blown workout. I walk out dripping in sweat Everytime. The coaches are fantastic and can each offer something different. Your first class is free with everything prepared for you such as gloves and welcome signs. They have different classes through out the day, the last being 645 which comes in handy if you work late like I do! The best thing I’ve gotten out of Mayweather boxing and fitness is confidence I can’t get in the gym by myself. I have trouble pushing myself when I go to a big gym, here it’s a smaller group of non stop motivation. It is a little pricey but they have different kinds of memberships and it is a private boxing gym!
This is a great place to get in a solid boxing workout session. It's a beautiful and clean facility with quality equipment. The staff are great at what they do and the way the class is set up makes it go by really fast. You get a solid workout in that is fun and engaging.
This gym is absolutely wonderful, as someone who gets a bit bored with workouts and tends to move on - I’ve stuck with and plan to stick with this place for over 6 mo. The coaches are my #1 reason for staying, they encourage you by always sharing room for improvement. I can feel myself becoming a stronger, more skillful boxer but I know there is so much more to learn. The group environment and fast-paced structure keep it entertaining but accessible for newcomers. Highly recommend!
I was in town visiting for a few months and saw this gym. I’ve never boxed before but always thought it would be fun. I Felt very welcomed, and the staff were very polite and professional. You can tell the trainers are really passionate about what they are doing because they make sure you understand and walk you through the class and the movements before the class. The facility is very clean and will be back when I visit again.
You know “money”. Yup. It’s simple. Cold, crisp, and kept by the fist. All good? So, I ask you… Do you know the cold, crisp fist aptly named “Money”? Ha! #MayweatherDreams Make no mistake, Yo! — This is HIS gym, peeps! — And, like, being crossed in his sights? It’s verily the refining crucible to walk into the one-presence. Yeah, listen up, you may have the cardio of a regular marathoner, sure, you’re good. However, square up solid & not drop your hands for that hot hour? Now, we’re talking the real, authentic burn! Enter here the first occasion, meet “The Angel Nadiya” — This gal-manager knows workouts, she knows boxing… she knows and shows the best about “Money”! {And if you should know a nicer, more personable gym manager anywhere else? I do suggest you keep that million-dollar gal a secret!} Sadly, I got a bit of a “graying, Irish head”, and thusly to keep an old stallion from embarrassment, I don’t do classes usually. My trainer-buddy “Lightening Rico” dropped it in a sleepy text at 6am [“Say what??? I got home from work around 1am, Jefe!”] and hadn’t a clue what to expect. Whatever was the expectations… of me… of the gym… in witness, only the survived one-hour experience can fully describe. Words??? An Epic Fail. Sweat & Drive? The Evidence & Fruit!!! Looking forward to my next shot at “the title” here in Alexandria — whatever may be my personal visions at that moment. Not sure the Spirit of FM himself will be easy to assimilate in my routines, other than seeing his cool, smiling shots on the ubiquitous sharp screens. Still, for me, I can, and must indeed, go for Vision. For another to ask “Why?” matters none. Trust it here: It’s exactly the same vision and focus for… YOU! And THAT alone is surely THE HOW for me and you to become OUR ONE VISION TOGETHER. **easy, free parking / monthly memberships or drop-in offerings / excellently equipped, clean & tightly organized — finely appointed for all strikers, from newbie-beginners to skilled-advanced. **
Such a great workout, in the perfect amount of time usually 45-min. The coaches know their boxing technique and always push you to break a good sweat
I'm in town for the week and I was looking for a good workout. That's what I got, plus some great feedback on my technique. The staff and trainers were approachable and knowledgeable. If I lived in the area i would seriously consider joining this gym.
From my very first class to now I have felt welcomed and enjoyed my experience with this gym. They have various classes and trainers. I’ve worked out with all of them and they all push you in a different way.
Instructor demonstrates the exercises before hand for any beginners that may not know what to do. They walk you through the circuit before class starts. There is a good warmup and cool down which I appreciate since I'm not in my 20s anymore. The instructor will come around and fix form if needed, push everyone, and do some mitt work at random. My heart rate monitor did not work but I wear a fit bit so it wasn't a huge concern for me. Weekday classes are one full circuit and weekend classes are two full circuits.
The instructors are engaging. You can workout at your own pace. The facility is generally clean and well-kept. Everyone is super nice. The schedule times are convenient. I go 5-6 times a week. I highly recommend this gym.
