Very friendly until they get your money, service after the sale sucks. Just received our order..I guess you could say. They left a piece had to go back and get it what ever not a big deal mistakes happen. Then we unpacked everything and realized our 3 seater couch we ordered was a love seat turns out the sales guy rang it in wrong had multiple conversations with the sales manager who was rude over the phone but of course really nice in person when we were spending money then acted like it was our fault some how. They said it would be another 3 weeks to get the right one. We had already waited over a month. I never got one apology for anything and didn't offer to reimburse our delivery charge. Delivery guys were nice. happy with the quality and price of our merchandise. This could of easily been a 5 star review. Just incompetent and unprofessional and don't care about you your experience or satisfaction. I won't say don't go here it could definitely be worth checking out if your looking for furniture just be warned that you have some hand holding to do and you should triple check everything

Absolutely rediculous! Yes I'm the lady with the loveseat that can't seem to get any help from the warranty people at safeware or UFS that sold me the warranty. I have called so many times I have lost count all I'm told is John will call the next day. Well I'm still waiting. Apparently these companies think if they play the cat and mouse game long enough the warranty will expire. Well I still have emails from before Sept 2017 showing proof i been asking for someone to help me with this love seat! I want my money back now. I give up on getting it fixed!!!! Im not going away either.

Walked in for a refrigerator, encountered some technical difficulties that UFS was Not responsible for and they were kind and professional enough to get us what we chose. Professionalism, customer service, and gratitude is what I received...thank you again...

Went into UFS looking for a small sectional for my new apartment on a strict budget. The staff there was over-the-top helpful with finding me something that would work perfect for me and in the time frame that I was shooting for. (Also, I was thinking it'd be about 4 weeks for it to be ordered/delivered and my furniture arrived in less than 2 weeks!!) Will definitely be recommending to anyone I know that's looking for quality furniture at a great price with wonderful customer service! I was helped by Adam (I believe that was his name) and who I will assume was his manager, I didn't catch her name but she's the brunette behind the desk! They were awesome!
