These guys are awesome. Great customer service and very friendly. They are happy to help you in the sim to try out different clubs and make suggestions.
Went here to get my husband some new clubs as a gift. The gentleman who worked with us was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us. Amazing service and great variety available. Much better than shopping at a chain store... He was able to try out different heads and different lengths and the employee was able to look at his swing and give opinions on what he thought would be best, but also let us know that at the end of the day it's what felt best for the golfer. I highly recommend!
Great experience every time. Was trading sets and found a great used set for an incredible price. They were nice enough to give me an old box they had so I could ship out the clubs I was selling. And to top of off the staff the is super friendly and helpful.
Went in to kill some time while my wife got fitted for a dress down the road. Was immediately greeted and treated well the entire 1.5 hours I was there. They let me hit a ton of demo clubs and answered my questions without hesitation. I live 5 hours away but I will definitely be back in the future for a full bag fitting. The service department told me I could get a new shaft in a club and then proceeded to tell me I should just buy a new one. Is there any consistency? No, never gonna be here. Really disappointed, and gonna get it done at another store who’s capable lol. They don’t know how to bore drill the old shaft out to reshaft it? Who’s working back there? No one tries to fix my club, they just told me to buy a new one, that’s crazy
Guy's there are really helpful and knowledgeable and their prices and services like grip replacement and club repair are on par as well ‼
I alway like this store and bought A lots of stuff..now I don’t like this store anymore even I’m not gonna go there anymore..I see a couple salesman with a very bad attitude.they have to learn how to talk with customers..very disappointed..
I was disappointed in their "100% satisfaction policy. I purchased a MGI Zip Navigator remote control cart for 1500.00. I did not like the way that it worked after using it a few times so called about returning it. I was told that they could not refund the money since it was used but that I could get a store credit, which sounded ok until I was told that I would need to spend it ALL on the day that I returned the cart. I don't really need 1500.00 worth of golf equipment now but could probably use it over the next year or so. However, after writing to the store manager and receiving no response I assume that they are inflexible. So just be sure that you are not taken in by the "100% satisfaction guarantee."
Great place to get just about everything to improve your golf game. They have a lot of options to choose from new and/or used products for all budgets. Customer service is !
