Helpful staff and quality products! My mom and I went in and they took such good care of my her. She has never been happy with her makeup and Savannah took her time and made sure everything was perfect.

Wife loves this store. They do a good job with the eyebrow waxing too. But it's very very expensive. Twice what I'm use to paying

Had plenty of employees working and I was never greeted, asked if needed help or anything! I browsed this store for over an hour in all departments except salon. Employees basically stood around talking amongst each other instead of paying attention to their customers! Some of there prices are really high!

Come here all the time and out of everyone helping on the floor there's the one (with the head dress) at the register with a bad attitude and doesn't care to answer any questions! Received a bday coupon in my email and couldn't find it, so she treated me as if I was lying. I get it, you work at Ulta and everyone tries to get percentages off. But when someone is honestly trying to locate the specific email why be so RUDE! From the dumping the eye palettes out the carry bag and then throwing product into the bag... not having it! Love this place but I will not check out with her ever again.
