High end cosmetics. Well staffed and friendly. Inside mall area. Parking is free and handicap accessible. They carry products hard to find elsewhere. Trendy clientele with $$$ prices. Well lit and decorated tastefully. Visible from where I parked. I bought the hair serum I was seeking. Discount item shelf had products I do not consider discounted. If you are into cosmetics with high end brands and variety this store is for you.

Was there looking for something new for my brows, not one person asked of I needed help. Kind of a bummer! Ill give it another shot I'm sure but it would have been nice to get some help.

Greeted upon my arrival. No products I needed were in stock. They offered to order, yet asked them to check another store near me. They were on hold with the other store longer than I expected to wait, and I chose to leave unimpressed.

Excellent customer service representative to help me find what I was looking for! I needed to get a gift for my son's girlfriend for Christmas and I was able to get it quickly, and at a lower price than was advertised!

Poor service I was in town on vacation and was in need of product employees are very rude and no help. Instead of asking if I needed help she asked very rude what do I need , and when I asked another employee for help instead of showing where the product was she pointed in a direction and said over there. Ulta is new to the state I live in and all the workers are respectful and very helpful if I was to Experience what I experienced here in South Carolina I probably never would step foot in another Ulta ever again...but for the time that I’m here I’ll take my service to Sephora.
