Lashes and Lace Salon & Bridal

Had my hair done at Lashes & Lace Studio last week by Michaela and I love it! She is exceptionally skilled at her art. I am a natural blonde but Michaela made my color come back to life! Thank you so much and I can't wait to go back!

Lashes and Lace provided makeup, eyelashes and hair for my entire bridal party, mothers and myself. Maggie and Heather were our two girls. They were very efficient at getting all hair and makeup done for each girl..and after a night of partying at the rehearsal dinner, none of us looked exactly chipper. I was shocked at the quality of work and amount of time in which the girls were moving through the line! I didn't care how each girl did their hair or makeup so each style was very unique and it was all flawless. I cannot say how pleased I am with the way my hair and makeup were done. I presented two simple pictures and my hair was EXACTLY what I showed my stylist. The makeup lasted all night, even through a drizzle during our pictures prior to the ceremony. Maggie and Heather were very professional and fun to work with. They have great personalities and really added to the joy of our wedding day. I cannot thank them enough for being part our our special day and making us look beautiful!

Kacie and her team are amazing! Kacie did a fabulous job coordinating with me throughout our entire wedding process. On our day of I had Amber and Blake as stylists and they killed it! Amber and Blake did an amazing job with all of my bridesmaids and rest of my bridal party. Blake styled my hair so beautifully, I could not imagine working with anyone else!

Extremely disappointed with level of customer service. I made an appointment for a cut and color for my mom who is 88. When my mom showed up for her appointment Kara said she had no record of the appointment even though Kara was who I spoke to when I made the appointment, which was made just the day before!! She turned my 88 year old mother away, didn't try to make it right or squeeze her in to her schedule. My mom had a special event for a Veterans day ceremony the next day and wanted to look nice to honor my dad a Korean War vet as well as all of the other Vets that were being honored. Very mean move on Kara's part. This made my mom very sad and broke my heart. I don't know how she could have turned her away under these circumstances especially since it was her own (Kara's) screw up!!! Horrible. Perhaps she didn't want to honor her own coupon that came in the mail. Sad that she didn't do the right thing.
