Ulta Beauty

This place is awful! It The customer service (or lack of) was unbelievable. I was not helped at all but other customers who came in after me were. The store was also pretty filthy. There was one box of tissues, one empty bottle make up remover, and a half empty bottle of alchohol for all the customers to use, in the whole store. This caused an inconvenience to test any makeup because everyone testing make up would return to one spot and wait to clean their swatches. The over all experience here, has made me never want to return. In fact, I have gone out of my way to drive all the way to Sephora in Charleston, SC where they have a larger variety of makeup and better customer service. I definitely do not recommend coming here. You will have better luck ordering your makeup or driving elsewhere than shopping here.

I tried to make a hair and make up appointments for 2 people. Despite me being physically present in the store when I made the appointments, I was told I did not make a make up appointment, just hair appointments, and was then told there was no way to work me in. I wanted braids worked into a bun and my friend wanted curls swooped to one side. It took 2.5 hours for all this to not even happen. 45 minutes into my hair the stylist took it out and restarted because it looked awful. Then, my bun was falling out within an hour. When my friend went to have her hair done, all she did was curl it. No swoop, nothing fancy to enhance it, literally curled it was a straightener. Both of us wanted simple hairstyles and are not picking people but it was too much to ask.

Music was irritatingly loud, and the music itself was not suited to the store environment. Wanted to schedule hair appointment but changed mind after going there. But sit in the hair salon, which is so visible, no. Ulta stores i went to outside of Raleigh were clean, the music not too loud, and would get hair done, and shop. Store in Bluffton not stocked well....which i understand after the holiday. Maybe will try again, because Ulta items i am used to buying were not even in this store. Remodel, clean up and turn the music down some.

Bluffton store is wonderful. Great products available, and customer service is excellent.

I love coming here but it's always so hard to leave or even decide what I want, cause I want everything!!
